Hello guys,
I was just driving on the highway when I saw something yellow in the sky. I turned my car around and went to take a look at the airfield of Kortrijk-Wevelgem here in Belgium.
I was happy to see a Harvard on the field. This was Harvard MKIIB HB-RCP. Here are some pics:

What luck! It goes to show that it’s always best to have your camera with you wherever you go!
Yes, it was my lucky day since I had (for once) my camera with me. 🙂
And it could be ex G-BAFM because this plane was exported to switzerland in 1996 and this Harvard MK IIB is still on the swiss (HB) registry.

Sure that the Harvard is the ex-G-BAFM

After a 1 hour stop they departed to continue their trip. I am always suprised to see such unexpected visitors.
Cheers,

The duo came from Fairford and was on its way to their home (Frankfurt/Germany).

Ten minutes later, Boeing PT17 stearman N67193 also landed. (interesting cowling system on the engine isn’t it?)
