ATR72 N385FA arrived at NWI, for respray, a few days ago in a very drab Presicion Air colour scheme ! (sorry didn’t get a photo) …… Well the wait is over ….. today the spray shop doors rolled open to reveal this …….

After a longish wait it was towed to the apron, giving an chance to produce this photo …. not the best but still strugling with new equip ?

Within three hours of rollout it had gone ! According to “Skyliner” mag back to Munchengladbach, where it came from ?

Further thread drift.
The name of the city since about the 1960 has been Mönchengladbach rather than Münchengladbach.
The reason is very simple, Mönchengladbach is awful far from München (Munich) and people were thinking Münchengladbach (as it was known) was a suburb of the city in Bavaria, therefore the name was duly changed to avoid confusion.
In other news, I love the colour scheme, I wonder how long it will be that shiny for!!

Very nice to an ATR72 in United Airways-livery. What are the plans of United Airways? Will the ATR72 replace the Dash 8? Is United Airways the first operator of the ATR in Bangladesh?
Thanks for answers.
Bye

Could be better, but something is better than nothing! That plane has had more lives than I’ve had hot dinners, well it has had at least eight so far and presumably another one to come. 🙂

Newforest. Yes I saw your comment on another thread 😀 Well we actualy have three spray shops here at NWI 😉
1. Is full with an Alitalia A320 at the mo ….
2. Has an Air France regional F100 pushed in this evening !
3. Is empty at mo following the ATR removal ?
So you like the iffy shot ??? 🙁
Thanks Mate. Keith.
