Unknown Algerian AF aircraft

I got this precious photo from an Algerian hangar and cannot quite identify all a/c there..

What is the aircraft on the right side?.. Looks like a twin-seater. I only can recognize two MiG-21s and a Mi-8 on the left..

Any comments welcome..
