Hi all,
on my forum we have some parts of a in midair exploded british aircraft, possible Short Stirling III.
One of the parts is stamped with “11D2092”, another part with “7D1925” and a oval stamp with “RY55”. I have no idea about the typ of aircraft
Maybe one of you could help ?

The RY indicates that the a/c was built by Avro at their Yeadon plant near Leeds.
