Assuming they have a rep! Could be self catering, camping, hiking tourists. Great to see that Avro still have the bargain £19 one way flights! 🙂
With self catering you still get a rep. The only way they won’t have a rep is if they’ve booked with someone Like GB Airways or a lo-co carrier, right?

Can they not get in touch with the rep and arrange them to find a flight home?

Tomorrow is not a normal charter flight day to Las Palmas from the UK.
Can only suggest they front up at the airport and see what can be arranged.
Could be expensive. Hope they are covered by Insurance!!

Dont knwo any airlines that do one-way flights from these places apart from FlyGlobespan. www.flyglobespan.com
Most charter airlines do one way.

Well I’m not too sure whether you can just turn up at the airport in Gran Canaria and see if it’s possible to buy a ticket onto one of the charter flights heading to any UK destination which is closest or heading to NCL?
