While overflying Palma de Mallorca on Tuesday last week, I have seen an US aircraft carrier parked in the local port. The board was full with aircraft, counted at least 35-40 Bugs, Superbugs and Seahawks. I though it could be connected with ongoing ops over Libya… it was definitely a CVN but could not see the number – anyone knows which carrier was involved?
