Yeah I’ve got a question concerning the power of the supreme court. Is the supreme court actually a federal court or is it functioning independently? If there’s a conflict between state and federal laws (or between gobernor and president), will the supreme court decide who’s right or is the federal ‘level’ always the one which has the advantage.
Second question, is it possible to change the consitution? I don’t mean adding new amendements (right?).
