With the US move towards reinforcement of the Pacific what can be done to get more counties to join the curse and ease the political pressure and cost on the US . At this time there are counties like New Zealand who have no strike capability and others who have limited capability would it be cheaper for the US in the long run to support through lend-lease and training the countries in this region
Moves like upgrade 28 F-18C/D Hornets transfer them to New Zealand under lend-lease with the RNZAF picking up the cost of maintenance and pilot training under joint logistics and training package with RAAF this of course would need New Zealand and others to want to undertake this program
Next setting up joint air warfare instructors program
Last of all dose the US military want the Pacific threat to keep its numbers up
