Apparently the next defense bill to go into congress will have within it clearence for companies to spend $100 million in development and design of a future bomber.
It also contains several cuts and purchase most of the details are on aviation space week magazine.
Bill has still to be passed but that is the proposal.
Also has $225 million for purchase of one C-17.
