US Navigators Lamp A-11

This has just arrived.

I have found pictures of them used on B17 Navigators desks and B29 Engineers panels.

Were they used ubiquitously in all heavy USAAF aircraft ?

Appreciate any images of them in other aircraft.

Pictures alongside the HT&S 5c/1079 RAF equivalent.
