Can i ask any kind soul if they know anything about an early US NAVY F4 (B?) that is being rebuilt to fly in the states- i found a bit on the net recently and cant for the life of me find it again- Many thanks SF

She is one of the prototype Phantoms (YF4-H1 ) which is a rare old beast in the first place.
But how many prototypes of a jet are still flying?,plus she is an ex sage burner airframe so good luck to them i say.

Collings foundation has to jume through many hoops to fly theirs, wonder what their position is on this group.
I wish them well but wonder if the hard part isn’t going to be the rebuild or even money, but surmounting the legal obstacles.
