US Pilots Charged Over "Friendly Fire"

At last 1 of the US F-16 pilots have been charged with manslaughter and assault and the other pilot with aiding the fact, on the 4 dead and 8 wounded Canadian soldiers in Afganistan last April. They also face charges of inproper firing of weapons and failing to exercise flight discipline or the rules of engagement. The final report states their actions were “Reckless”.

Same this hasn’t happened in the case of our own boys in the Gulf.
