With the KC-135 in it’s fifth decade of service and the recent bailing out of Boeing by the US congress, what does the board think of the 767 as an MRTT?
Sure it will have three point staions (Boom center and Hose tip stations for the USAF service) but can this really compete with the A330 MRTT from Airbus, even if they are not being invited into the comp?
