USA DC-9 Edinburgh..

On the train to and from Aberdeen yesterday spotted an old DC-9..I think parked very remotely…any clues as to who the Yanks are sneaking in and why?

Nato conference on in Edinburgh this weekend, I believe the DC-9 (VC-9C) is staying until Monday.
