USA working on Super-Manouvrebility?

USA has ‘Super’ of everything but it seems to lack Super-Manouvrebility when compared to S-37 etc planes from Russia…so is USA making something like that?

I know the new USA planes wont need them 😎 ..for e.g. what difference is it really gonna make (to opponents) if f-22 can pull 9 g or 2 g …they’ll be shooting blindly anyways but just for the sake of it I’ve asked.
