USAF AMC Designation system

Dear All,
I’m currently working on a internet-site about USAF units. For this I’m especially interested in the designation system of the AMC squadrons within the USAF. Do all the squadrons within a Wing have different tail markings? Or do the squadrons use the same “Wing” tail markings? For instance, how can you tell the difference between the aircraft of the 32nd ARS and the 2nd ARS? (Both of the 305th AMW)
And what is the difference between the C-141B’s of the 6th AS, 13th AS and the 16th AS? (All of the 305th AMW)
