USAF F-4 weapons pylon

I have seen pictures of US Navy Phantoms with two Sidewinders plus a loaded TER on each inboard wing pylon. I have never seen this on a USAF F-4. Did the USAF ever have that weapon load on their Phantoms? Could the USAF ever carry another weapon plus two Sidewinders on those pylons?
