USAF Reconnaissance capabilities

The USAF used to have a fleet of RF-4C jets, and few SR-71A, that were all retired long ago. But what replaced that? We still have some U-2 aircraft, and UAVs, but has that really replaced the cabability that the USAF had with all of those RF-4Cs? I seem to remember General Schwarzkopf complaing that he didn’t have enough reconnaissance assets when we had all those Phantoms.
