Used Aircraft Carriers

I recently hear that Brazil has obtained the French aircraft carrier Foch. Supposedly they bought it for $5 million and it will be renamed Sao Paolo. Does anybody have any info on the the composition of the embarked air group? I’ll bet it will be the A-4’s, but what else? What will hapopen with the Minas Gerais now? Will they sell it to Argentina, or will Brazil have a two-aircraft carrier navy?

Also, I heard that the Minsk had been finnaly converted into an amusement park in China with a couople of MiG-23’s on its deck.
