V-Bomber Beam Compass Indicator

I came across a Beam Compass Indicator from the Smiths Flight System and had to add it to the collection. I’ve seen it in the cockpit of the Avro Vulcan on display at Castle AFB Museum in CA, USA, and have also seen it in photos of the Victor and civil aircraft such as the Comet and Viscount. Thought I’d share it here, and invite anyone to add any information on it, or other aircraft that used it. Thanks in advance!

Also fitted to some Viscounts, Britannia s, Comet 4, Friendship, perhaps others too. The Military Flight System version looked the same but was ISTR slightly different and was fitted to the Vulcan B Mk 2 and Victor B Mk 2. Not very popular amongst aircrew especially when compared to the later Horizontal Situation Indicators. Further details available if required.
