A few years back there was “talk” of RR V12 being cast and machined in , I do believe the east euro Rumaina? country. Whaz up….. ? I have some unlimited USA class piston boat people wanting a specific answer. These guys are real serious with the re-surgence of “V” power on the horizon !!!!
Are there any threads on this site? I am a very new member on this board, so i dont know whats going on over in your side of the atlantic.
Last i heard, back in 2000 to 2002? that there were “serious efforts” to make these motors or parts again.

There were some serious legal issues here with Intellectual property, Liability, technical support and I don’t think it was going to be worth the effort for aviation use – I am led to believe components are /were produced but not whole engines /
