Valve to Identify

Just wondering if someone could give an ID to this valve I have. My father says that he picked it up from the dump at Lossiemouth in the late 70’s, he says that it was trawled up out of the sea and was heavily corroded but recalls it possibly being a single row radial?

Anybody able to ID it?
