Vampire Label

Can any body tell me what this label says please?
I have tried using internet translators but they don’t seem to make any sense.

<a href="http://s81.photobucket.com/albums/j216/Compass123/Instruments/?action=view&current=05Label1.jpg"><img src="http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j216/Compass123/Instruments/05Label1.jpg" alt="Photobucket" /></a>

The first photo is the front and the second photo is the reverse.
Any idea what country’s aircraft it would have been fitted to?

Flunt is a Swiss abbreviation for Flugluntertank, or under wing tank, so Bruce is likely to be right!
