We’ve just had it confirmed that the Vampire XJ771 will be attending our Props and Pistons event on 27th August http://www.lincsaviation.co.uk/events/Special-Events/monday-27th-august–props-and-pistons.htm surely the first time a Vampire will have displayed at RAF East Kirkby and USAAF East Kirkby?

I think it’s fantastic that thanks to the hard work and dedication of both the Classic Aircraft Trust and The Vampire Preservation Group, I’m in the lucky position of getting confused over which example of de Havilland’s wonderful design I’m going to get to see flying!!!:D
