VATSIM ADVICE (BECOMING A CONTROLLER PROBLEMS)

I am currently trying to become a controller on VatSim, but when I try to make the cookie generation account the browser says that my e-mail address does not belong to my VatSim ID, however it is my e-mail and it is my ID.
Any ideas???
