As of October, Virgin Blue, Australia’s second and cheeper airline will start flyinbg international flights.
Certification has been given last month for the flights to go between Sydney, Brisbane, and Darwin to East Timor, Fiji, Vanuatu, PNG and New Zealand.
Currently there are no plans to expand the fleet, but if demands continue as they are, they will have to aquire more planes to serve the public, persently VB carries around 68% of the domestic market, as people have lost confidence in QANTAS.
