Venik's latest fighter prices

I’m sure many of you have seen his section on fighter aircraft costs, some of which were questionable. While looking on his site for pics, I noticed that he updated his list.. it does seem that hte prices reflect the unit price instead of the whole deal. Here’s a gif that shows the prices of the combat types (the updated list page includes non combat types such as transports, etc)
what do you guys think? A Rafale only being 1m more than the M2K??
