Very quick quistion

I spoke to a german AF pilot at a party on Saterday. He told me two things:
1. Redar on the Tornado F.Mk.3 is called Sky Flash instead of the missle, which is a AIM-7 sparrow.

2. There aren’t any F-15 Delta’s? Which I have betted him for it, case of beer for me if there are any around the world, so are there any F-15D in the USAF, RSaudiAF, Japanees AF of in the Israeli AF.
