Bill Hair, B-17 pilot in WWII flew 13 missions over Europe. Today he will fly his 14th mission in Red Nose.

The delights of volunteering with the Collings Foundation is that we fly many Vets. Last month I was privileged to be FE on a flight with a B17 pilot who had flown 26 missions and became a POW. He died the very next day. I have photos of some great heroes.
