Vickers statue in Crayford.

Hi all,

I saw this for the first time this week.
I wonder how many that walk past it know what its purpose is.
I quite like it.
Entitled ‘Captain Crayford’ it depicts a young boy from the interwar period launching a Vimy model into the sky.
