Does anyone have a picture of the layout of the Vickers Viking cockpit in particular the instrument panel. Is it similar to the Vickers Varsity? I was under the impression that the Varisty was the military version of the Viking. Not sure if this is correct ? Many Thanks.

I too would be interested in any views of a Viking cockpit.

Okay Thanks folk for the information, I also forgot the Varsity had a Nose wheel!. If any one has picks of the instrument panel for a Viking it would be handy to see.

Or try the Brooklands Aviation Museum as they have a lovely example in the shape of G-AGRU.

Not much help I know but the good folk at Aeroventure Doncaster have a Valleta cockpit under restoration. I’m sure if you get in touch with them the friendly folk may be able to help you out…

FlyBuy – The Valetta was a miltary version of the Viking. The Varsity was quite a lot more developed.
