The fuselage of the above aeroplane has been puchased from Toowoomba and is being relocated to a tourist complex for restoration to something like original appearance. Can anyone assist with a fuselage drawing to help determine lifting points or maybe advise where it can be safely lifted. Also required are wings, wheels and engine cowlings. Fake props will be fitted. Any assistance, advice or leads will be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Alan.

Hello Alan,
Try contacting the Moorabbin Air Museum (AARG) as they have full sets of manuals in their library.
Cheers,
Ash.

G’day Alan, thanks for the good news on this fuselage I was hoping someone would rescue her and bring her back to good health. Regarding wings etc, weren’t the wings still located in QLD somewhere where they were originally removed? Failing that our European friends will surely be able to help out on some suitable replacements the only problem is cost I guess.
Could you please pm me as I’d like to talk to you further.
Dave
