No, it’s the Copemans M4A2. It was my wedding anniversary on the saturday, I felt a weekend away with my tank was not a good idea! I did fly in on the sunday though, so not all bad……;)

I must be messed up, I used to fire the SLR right handed but used my left eye.
The Show is the Victory Show outside Leicester, the crowd line is alongside the grass strip, so you can get shots you wouldn’t get at the likes of Duxford, the display line used to be as well, but this year they have swung it off a bit, which makes sense as last year the Hurri was virtually overhead low level.
I arrived late lol, the fist ones had started displaying, hence the one in finals as I was walking in 🙂

Exactly! I hadn’t realised that anybody fired a rifle that way (especially a bolt-action rifle) but apparently it is quite common, with semi-automatic rifles, and even the US Marine Corps will let you shoot left-handed.
If it is an eye-dominance thing I used to shoot small-bore rifles right-handed but left-eyed.

I hadn’t seen a modern image of a Sherman with a Bocage Buster ‘plough’ fitted before. I wonder is it original or a recreation?
