Video Clips of Modern Planes

Thought I’d invite viewers to take a look at some of the vid clips I have been uploading to YouTube and elsewhere.

First up is one of my fave clips and it fits in with the thread of Mildenhall Air Fete nostalgia.

Some time in the 90s we went along and had reached the far end of the static (from the car park) and were admiring the Turkish Stars when we were treated to a stream take off by representative planes from the USAFE. First an A10 then a two-seat F16 (B?) then most impressive of all a Mudhen F15E.

To this day I am chuffed that we were standing where we were and that I had the camcorder switched on! Just as the F15E got alongside us it pitches up and reefs away with a mighty roar. Stupendous stuff IMHO.
