Viewing Attached thumbnails

I am having problems seeing attached thumbnails to messages. I just get a blank box where the attachments should be. Any ideas anyone ? I have tried using both IE and Firefox but get the same result.

I get it as well using IE, to fix it you need to go into ‘tools/internet options’ and select ‘delete files’ checking the little box that says ‘delete all offline content’.

Then whilst viewing the page with the missing thumbnails, hit the ‘refresh’ button and all will be restored.

You’ll find it will happen again over time, especially if you use the refresh button whilst viewing a page containing thumbnails. Just repeat the above to cure. I don’t know why it happens but it seems to be peculiar to this site and it’s software?
