Yes and the restaurant for cab drivers near the T9 makes wonderful and very cheap sandwiches. Gosh do I miss them…

Yes Kabir let me know, it will be a pleasure.

Of course the offer stands for any of you.

Yes , you’re right . Actually Terminal 3 is the former T9 used by Charter airlines.

Plane spotting is much easier at ORY.

Charles De Gaulle actually has three terminals, the newest being terminal three which is pretty small and is used by low cost airlines (easyJet, Germanwings) and charter airlines.

I flew down to CDG for the day with BA on Sunday and to be honest there were very few good viewing opportunities, but it was a very interesting airport to take a look round at.

Hi Kabir,

When are you planning to visit MAD?

After working in NCE, LYS and CDG, I’m back to square one… Madrid for family reasons.

I am cargo supervisor for LCAG and from my building I can see quite a big part of the parking of Terminal 1.

Depending on when you come and if my shift allows it, I will be dlighted to show around and I’ll check if it possible to go near the future terminal that is being built.

Spanish people are always that friendly:)
Accept the invitacion, from the glass lifts of that building the views are great. And the other place, if you don´t get that walk, only place in MAD is the viewing ares at T2, in which you can get reasonable good shoots with a zoom.

Kabir ,

CDG has 2 terminals . Which one do you have in mind? Which airline are you flying on?
