Viggens for sale?

With the introduction of the Gripens into Swedish service what will be happening to the excess Viggens? I’ve heard of a few upgrades such as improved EW variant. They haven’t been abused much and there should be a good few hours left in the airframe of this excellent aircraft. Any chances of surplus Viggens being put up for sale or will Swedens neutrality affect exports?And I’m new here so hi and does anyone know which aircraft is known as the Fork Tailed Devil?
