Yes, the u/c layout seems more like a U2. But I think any resemblance stops there.

Good looking landing gear bogie too. Same system as Me-163 Komet -throw it away after take-off?

Tillerman.

Look again at photo 1… the ‘thing’ actually has fixed trousered undercarriage.

The cart is only propping up the rear end

Bit like my old Jap bike in the 70’s… great in a straight line but naff at going round corners

Like most American cars as well 🙂

I am intrigued by the offer of a test flight!

I think the stand-still model option is it’s best bet, the skip the most likely!

Love the instrumentation!

How fast? How high? What else do you need 🙂

Bid now up to 300 quid I see.
( You could build a Turbulent for that when I were a lad – and still have change.
But there again, I was lucky.)

Turbulent… now theres a nice airyplane, anybody know of any for sale ? 😀

The wings do look very Luton Minor-ish. Heaven knows about the rest.

The McCulloch engine is the type used in the 1960s on various Benson gyrocopters, but was equally famous for its ability to create sudden and often inconvenient periods of silence.

The best laugh is that someone’s put a bid in – and its been turned down for not meeting the reserve! 😀

Rear end looks like a Gardan Minicab or a Sipa. The wings look rather Luton Minor-ish. Heaven knows where the engine would hang. I imagine it was cooked up in the 50’s or 60’s.

The local boy scouts will enjoy that on Nov 5th!
