Vintage Aircraft Parts Inventory Help

Hi guys, this ties into Historic as it concerns old aircraft parts. I am wondering if anyone can help me with ideas on how to create a inventory of parts with pictures? I am thinking something like an excel file or such database. Thanks for the help!
