I have enjoyed your photos all summer long so it’s my turn to share with you some pix from across the pond. Welcome to Canada!
Preceding the 70th Anniversary Battle of Britain Ceremony September 19 in the Canadian capital, Vintage Wings of Canada ended their season with the Fall Air Show in Gatineau, near Ottawa. The number of participants from Canada and the U.S is growing fast – I have started visiting their modest but evolving collection last year and was impressed by the quality of the displays and the organization of the event.
The day started in a morning fog but the sun quickly turned the things around so here are few shots of a great day surrounded by some amazing flying machines.

Looking forward to 2011.
Cheers!

Thank you all for the kind comments. I had to stop the procrastination 🙂
The previous (July 2010) Air Show featured the CAF Snowbirds. I will post some pix soon.
