Vintage Wings of Canada Swordfish Engine runup

Was at the Vintage Wings of Canada hangar yesterday when they ran up the Swordfish and did a taxi run. Everything looks good for a flight test shortly.

I believe W5856 is nearing completion again with BAE, but I would rather let Lee Howard post any details.
It is fantastic to see LS326 flying again, some of my pics of it at the Yeovilton show here, http://forum.keypublishing.co.uk/showthread.php?t=110433&highlight=yeovilton

Also great that the subject of this thread, Swordfish II HS554/C-GEVS, now appears to have flown again aswel, http://www.vintagewings.ca/Aircraft/tabid/66/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/25/language/en-CA/Blackburn-Fairey-Swordfish-Mk-III.aspx

Gosh that is a long time ago and presumably for all practical purposes it would have to be re-certified before taking to the air again. So the UK and Canada share the only airworthy Strinbags and the only airworthy Lancs.:)

No Canada has another one at Shearwater Air Museum. Last flew in 1994…?

Apart from the RNHF will this be the only airworthy Stringbag in existence?
