A friend of mine supports a charity called Bamboozle based in Leicester. They are offering for a donation a day at RAF Scampton & The Red Arrows.
The day includes a VIP tour and a live practice display and photo’s with the pilots afterwards.

A bit more detail from Scampton:
“2 tickets for a VIP tour round the red arrows. A behind the scenes insight into the daily life of a red arrows pilot. Get shown around the aircraft see display practice with photos with pilots at the end. Pre booked for 12 Nov but could move day if required. Always a Wednesday though. Only during winter season” (not summer as they travel all over the world in the summer)
