Can anyone help please, some years ago i seem to remember reading in Flypast Mag a Dakota airline in the US that was run as part of Richard Branson’s empire. One boarded the DC3 that was a period wartime interior , crew uniform Glenn Miller music etc. The flight took off and half way through the flight came the announcement the war had ended and a great party to celebrate thereafter resulted for the remainder of the flight.
Does anyone recall this article/operation and does it still exist please?
many thanks

I saw it once at Orlando North in the late 80’s/early 90’s
