I’m still wiping the spittle off from when you ‘flew’ it. We realised about half way to Popham that we hadn’t looked at the road once. I was driving in perfect formation looking only at the trees that were narrowly missing the roof. It was nerve wracking and unfortunately the outside air temp thermometer got caught on an obstruction as we moved it out and so busted. Another $65 up the swanee.

Tomorrow’s plan is for the wings to go down and get assembled. Mind you what was “Plan A” is now up to about “Plan Q 2.7 release 6”.

Stressed? moi?

I think I now have everything in place and so it should be in one piece (except for prop and cowl) by Sunday and should be even further advanced by next week.

Well, that is because your edumacation has not been finished off. Sally Phillips was in such wonderful programmes as ‘Big Train’ and ‘Smack the Pony” (note to Patty – get hold of any and all on DVD if you can) and she was also in a programme called “Hippies”.

I’ll mail you the relevant line in a PM as it is too good for on here. Needless to say it gave me an asthma attack and I missed the next couple fo minutes of the programme as I was shreiking with laughter.

It is looking wet. The minute we got it out of ths shed it pithed down. As soon as we got to Popham it did the same.

Got the dust off though.
