Went up to newcastle this morning was -1c but still we have to brave these things turned out to be a good morning……..then 11.30 fog so thick visibilty dropped to 3000m max so no more shots anyway……….

Monarch have done lots of troop flights from MME with both the A300 and B767-300!
The KLM Fokker was also diverted in from down here in DurhamTees, operating the morning KLM flight from Amsterdam

Yep, went out yesterday afternoon to an airbase in Qatar, have done this flight for the last few weeks (the regular one out on Thu, back Fri anyway). It used to be operated by Omni from about July/August….this one was an extra one though.

Great shots! The MON 767 was MON9703, a diversion from here in DTVfogland where nothing has got in all day due to foggyness! 😮 Come from the Gulf after another troop flight.
Should have left as MON703P to LGW? Thats what it was due to do this morning out of here anyway.

hi james not sure, there was no mention of it on any websites or arrivals board just appeared and stayed on the apron till i left a few hours later???
