Vixen 500E bought by US customs

According to a widely-quoted Aviation Week article by Bill Sweetman, US customs is to fit the Vixen 500E to its border surveillance Citations. They currently have the APG-66, as used, in various versions, in the F-16, Hawk 200, A-4 upgrades (Argentina, ex-New Zealand), etc.

Its Vixen series of forward-looking radars, banned by the U.S. from South Korea’s F/A-50, also received a launch order from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, with the 500-module Vixen 500 to be integrated on Cessna Citations.

As far as I know, this is the first sale of the Vixen E, though it would be the second if the US government & Lockheed Martin hadn’t blocked the Koreans from using it. Might this presage further sales?
