There´s a question re captured VNAF aircraft on the “A war without airwar” thread, but I think it might be appropriate to start a new thread on this issue.
According to published sources, including “Flying Dragons” by Bob Mikesh, about one-thousand VNAF aircraft and helicopters were captured in March- April, 1975. This included the following;
434 Bell UH-1D/Hs,
40+ Boeing Vertol CH-47As,
114 Cessna O-1s,
35 Cessna O-2s,
26 Douglas A-1s,
93 Cessna A-37s,
87 Northrop F-5s,
20+ Cessna T-37s,
20+ Cessna T-41Ds,
20+ C-7A &´Bs,
40+ C-47s (including AC-47s & EC-47s),
40+ AC-119G & ´Ks (including a few C-119s)
14 C-130As,
?? DHC-2 U-6s (never seen a quantity quoted, but presumably less than ten)
?? Cessna U-17A &´Bs (same here, but possibly about 40 or 50)
An additional 165 VNAF aircraft and helicopters sought refuge in Thailand (mostly at U Tapao). About 50 UH-1s, one CH-47A and one O-1 were recovered onboard various 7th Fleet vessels, with about 40 UH-1s, three CH-47As and one O-1 were “deep-sixed” due to a lack of space.
In addition to the aircraft and helicopters, an ample supply of spares and support equipment were captured as well.

Jan
