VULCAN IN SPACE SHOCK/HORROR!!!

OK, not quite. New SF comedy series Hyperdrive on BBC2 is set on spaceship HMS Camden Lock.

The ship’s serial number is XH558… and yes, it can blow things up. 😀 😮 😀

I watched part of it and thought it was trying to be the new Red Dwarf and failed miserably…

I think I caught just a few seconds of it; someone in a ridiculous inflatable red costume saying something like “You will marvel at my powers. Him at the back marvelled. I saw him marvel. He definitely marvelled”? Must try and catch it next week. But where did they get the Vulcan serial from; is it just coincidence?
