Waddington AirShow – RIP

Just reported by Look North that there will be no more Waddington AirShows, security etc,etc
thinking of Scampton instead, but won’t the ‘security’ reasons apply for Scampton as well as
Waddington ??

So is this the end of RAF Station based airshows ?? There cannot be many active RAF airfields any more – LOL

Looks like a move up to Church Fenton might be the answer ??
