Waiting For A WAC… LBA 19-8-09

Hi All,

I had a very productive couple of hours at LBA yesterday while waiting for forum clown Spalding to come in on the Air Southwest from Brizzle. The light was actually amazing for a large chunk of the time I was there!

All taken with a Canon 350D + EF 70-200L f/4.

And finally, the WAC plane!

The pub obviously followed this little trip and as such, I don’t really remember much about the evening. All good fun!

Thanks for looking. πŸ™‚

Only for people like yourself who can actually use a camera….

You are right, the light looks brilliant. Just a shame the same can’t be said about your photos. Shame really.

At least mine are level and I haven’t cut chunks of the aircraft off, ‘Mr 5 Degree Slant’.

Thanks for your kind words, guys! πŸ™‚

Yes, it’s a great combination isn’t it?

Yes, it’s a great combination isn’t it? Nice pictures, mate.

I’m surprised that our own resident VIP wasn’t on the Gulf 5, though. πŸ˜‰
